Mitten Fitness Endurance classes will focus on increasing the member’s capacity for longer sustained aerobic efforts. This program is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels and especially those looking to increase the ability to work over for a longer period of time.
60 minutes with at least 45 minutes of exercise after a warm-up. Classes are led by a coach and will typically include a variety of intervals of running, rowing, biking or stationary skiing along with body weight and weighted exercises. Class may include target heart rate training, so individual heart rate monitors are encouraged but not required.
