You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get an excellent workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational/olympic movements we use in Functional Fitness, as well as General Physical Preparedness (GPP). We'll review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a General Physical Preparedness (GPP) style workout. We guarantee you will have fun breaking a sweat!
During your 30-day Foundations period you'll also get unlimited access to any of our scheduled classes.
